UK Delivery

We offer FREE UK delivery on all motorcycle parts unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times may vary depending on the size, weight and availability of the item, but we’ll always do our best to dispatch orders quickly and keep you informed throughout the process.

For larger items, specialist parts or products requiring additional handling, delivery charges may apply and will be clearly stated before purchase.

Motorcycle Collection

All motorcycles listed for sale are collection only unless otherwise agreed.

We strongly encourage customers to view and inspect bikes in person before purchase. Test rides may be available at our discretion and subject to valid licence and insurance requirements.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will always try to resolve any issues fairly and quickly.

Parts Returns

Customers purchasing online, by phone or by mail have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days of receiving the item, in line with UK distance selling regulations.

Once you have informed us that you wish to return an item, you have a further 14 days to send it back.

Returned items must:

Be unused and in original packaging where applicable
Be in the same condition they were received
Include all supplied parts and accessories

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We reserve the right to reduce refunds for items that show signs of use, damage or missing components

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

A replacement
Repair
Exchange
Full or partial refund

Unless otherwise stated, all used motorcycle parts sold by Choctaw Motorcycles are genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts.

As used items may show signs of wear consistent with age and use, customers are encouraged to review all descriptions and photographs carefully before purchase.
