Products & Services

We aim to ensure all descriptions, images and prices are accurate at the time of publication. However, errors may occasionally occur and we reserve the right to correct them without notice.

All used parts are sold as described and may show signs of wear consistent with age and previous use.

Unless otherwise stated, used motorcycle parts are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK delivery unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Orders

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where:

Payment cannot be authorised
Fraud is suspected
An item is unavailable
Incorrect pricing has occurred
Motorcycle Sales

Motorcycles listed for sale are available for inspection prior to purchase.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring they are legally licensed and insured before any test ride takes place.

Unless otherwise agreed, motorcycles are sold as seen and collection only.

Servicing & Custom Work

Quotes provided for servicing, repairs or custom builds are estimates unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Additional work required during servicing or custom projects may result in revised costs, which will be discussed with the customer before proceeding where possible.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Customers purchasing online may have cancellation rights under UK distance selling regulations.

Custom-made, personalised or special order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Liability

Choctaw Motorcycles shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of income or business
Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation or unauthorised modification of products

Customers are responsible for ensuring parts purchased are suitable for their intended use.
